职位描述
1. 协助生产经理执行公司的各项规章制度及上级指令；
2. 负责协助生产经理管理全面生产工作；
3. 根据订单及原料情况合理制定生产计划并安排生产；
4. 协助生产部门进行定期的生产统计以及分析；
5. 协助生产经理制定本部门的周、月度、年度工作计划等；
6. 负责协助生产经理组织、制定本部门内部的各类规章制度，拟订人员考核标准、岗位操作说明书等；
7. 协助生产经理配合人力资源部门负责本部门的人事安排、对所属管理人员定期评核；
8. 与其它部门相互沟通、协调；
9. 协助生产经理对车间的日常管理事务处理；
10. 上级主管交代的其他事项。.
