Job Despcription
1. To develop freight transportation systems and programmes for product shipment. To evaluate and screen carriers for lower transportation costs, faster freight movements and lower risks during the shipment.
2. To establish management procedures for Logistics Department. Rresponsible for the preparation, submission and execution of task priorities and the budget. To develop logistics information systems and improve logistics management systems such as inventory control, order processing, product transportation and distribution.
3. To support sales and marketing activities. To adjust logistics operation accourding to sales strategies.
4. To ensure efficiency of daily logistics operation. To monitor logistic activities to ensure compliance with company policies and practices in areas.
5. To provide solution on logesitics problems and improve customer satisfaction. To optimize allocation of resources accourding to customer demands.
6. To accomplish other assignments from Headquarters.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above. Majored in Logistics and Management preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience required. Familiar with logistics management, skillful in process management. Working experience of logistics management in foreign companies preferred.
3. Fluent in spoken English. Capable in reading and writing English documents and emails.
4. Good communications and negotiation skills. Strong capability to work independently. Capabilities to plan, organise and manage a team.
