工作职责：

1、参与制定机械常规保养制度，并监督有效实施；
2、负责制定工厂机器设备维修与保养计划，并组织实施。
3、负责工厂内设备日常故障维护工作安排、人员调动。
4、负责工厂设备的机器维修工作及维修技术指导
5、对公司现有机械资源进行评估检讨，并提出有效改善方案；
6、合理采购符合公司要求的机械及配件，以控制生产成本；
7、合理安排机械备件的安全库存，以降低采购成本；
8、监督各生产部门的机械使用情况，确保机械合理高效运行，以控制生产成本
9、监督严格执行公司的HSE 安全生产条例；
10、监督维修人员安全操作（PPE、挂牌上锁、动火作业等）
11、做好日常设备的巡视检查工作，及时发现问题，处理隐患。
12、制定安全工作培训计划并组织机修人员培训。

任职条件：

1.本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至大专学历，机械维修等相关专业优先；

2.具备5年以上从事机械管理的相关工作；

3.具备良好的机械常识，人员管理及成本管理能力。
