TITLE : Senior Promotion Executive
LOCATION : Shanghai
REPORT TO : Promotional Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
In response to our business expansion, we are looking for a Promotion Executive to join our marketing teamto plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING:
-Support marketing manager to plan annual activation calendar to achieve marketing target: website traffic and sales conversion
-Work on end to end operational campaign planning, management, execution and results analysis
-Plan tactics, marketing channels and mechanism in accordance with the given budget to achieve defined targets
-Tactic determination - define& execute campaign tactics & analyze performance of each tactic
-Monitor and measure campaign performance and provide recommendation for better enablement and execution
-Work closely with the marketing channel owners to ensure thorough executions of tactics
-Integrate seamlessly and constantly update all marketing tools and processes to secure end to end executions
-Leverage marketing resources with different channel owners to execute multi-touch campaigns, email blasts, social media, SMS, own media, SEM, display ads etc.
-Work closely with other teams (IT, creative, merchandising, BSM) to support daily work, lead and facilitate for project accomplishment
-Support marketing manager on CRM and VIP programs to achieve specific KPIs: increase members activation, conversion, customer value, brand affinity
-Continuously observe industry trends and proactively develop actions to react to changes
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Previous experience in Marketing execution, preferably on campaign, digital or direct marketing management
-Strong luxury fashion sense and passionate about researching trends in the fashion industry
-Creative and have good knowledge and understanding of Ecommerce marketing promotions
-Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making trade-offs against business priorities
-Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs
-Strong drive for execution and delivering results
-Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
-Strong time-management skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
-Proactive, open-minded and logical thinking
-Excellent project management and problem solving
-University graduate or above, Marketing related degree is a plus
-3 year+ in-house marketing experience specialized in activation area, and preferably in ecommerce or Fashion industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent data analysis skills
-Profound English for both oral and written
