职位描述
Principal Accountabilities
Operate the entire Mold Department to achieve the agreed annual Budget, a virtually P&L unit
inside the company
Provide guidance to engineers, technicians for tooling design and manufacturing
Streamline current tool making processes to improve the efficiency and product quality by
executing Lean Manufacturing
Support Plastic Production Dept to keep production productive and customer satisfaction.
Support tooling trial runs at the local Tech Center as well as Production line
Work with global R&D team to introduce new technology and develop products
Implement the ISO9001, ISO13485 and E.H.S regulations
Recruit, coach, measure and develop the key staffs & the talents
Nature and Scope
The job holder reports to President. He is part of Senior Manager Team in China, and a key technical
liaison with global technical team
Qualifications
Engineering degree from a 4 year college
Fluent English and Chinese
Familiar with international environment and cultural diversity
8 plus year experiences of design, manufacturing and management of plastic tooling (injection and/or blow
molding)
Managerial and leadership skills of the entire tooling Dept
Related computer software skills such as SolidWorks, ProE, DFM, etc.
