Requirements

Education and training:
- Mechanical Engineer or equivalent technical degree

Professional requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Creative
- Good knowledge of MS office tools (excel, PPT...)

Necessary job experience:
- First experience in sales and/or marketing in the industry
- First experience in machine tool industry or mechanical industry
- First experience in an international company
- Relation with third parties (Supplier, Customer, Service providers, central organization...)

Special working conditions:
- Flexibility for working overtime
- Ability to frequently travel in Asia

General task
- Harmonize marketing mix of the Customer Services product range
- Enlarge product range either with support from Customer Services Center or by looking for local new opportunities
- Manage relationship with Asian supplier / Supplier evaluation / Optimization of suppliers
- Manage the knowhow transfer from Market support of head quarter
- Support Sales cos for launching new products
- Prepare and maintain material data base for being in compliance with e-catalogue and e-shop
- Adapt sales tools and/or develop sales tools for Asian market
- Support Sales Cos for sales action plan / promotion / events
- Watch and collect information from the competition

Responsibilities
- Provide to Asia Sales Cos a full marketing mix in order to develop business
- Provide to Asia Sales Cos a technical support on CS products
- Insure to respect the AC brand image
