2、熟悉淘宝的营销工具和分析工具的应用，熟悉各类活动报名。
3、熟悉天猫商城，负责公司淘宝天猫商城B2C网站推广、提高店铺点击率和浏览量，完成公司的销售目标。
4、定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案 。
5、每日监控的数据：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理 。
6、淘宝网B2C网站日常维护，回复顾客留言、维护商品上架信息，保证网店的正常运作，淘宝优化排名，熟悉淘宝各大营销工具(直通车/淘客/淘江湖/卖霸/钻石展位/焦点图)的经验来提升店铺流量，并对于各类淘宝活动(如聚划算、试用中心、淘金币活动、类目行业活动等)运营熟悉掌握。
7、分析总结竞争对手、行业信息、公司产品信息等调研信息，确定调研结果，为公司的总体战略制定提供相关依据；
8、懂得如何策划宝贝描述页面和店铺首页。
