Essential Functions:
-Provide high level secretarial and administrative support to General Manager

- Manage General Manager's appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of his time.

- Prepare presentation and draft reports where the information may be gathered from several sources or may be difficult to organize and compile

- Answer telephones, screen calls and take messages from external or internal sources so that callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately;

- Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for GM to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.

-Facilitate smooth communications between GM and other managers and employees;

-Coordinate internal and external meetings so that they run smoothly.

- Plan, organize, and schedule own workload so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above

- At least 4~5 yrs of Advanced Senior Level Administrative Assistant experience with foreign MNC's.

- Advanced-level knowledge of computer word processing; Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.

- Effective in setting priorities, managing time, and responsive to business projects

- Considerable experience with office procedures and practices.

- Excellent English verbal & written skills

- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective relationships within the workplace
