We are searching for the suitably qualified and dynamic candidates for the Project Manager Position.
Responsibilities
- Work as Project Manager in the areas of Event Marketing, Promotion and Sponsoring.
- Working as team leader of a experienced team reporting to an A.D. or as team member (pending on size of event).
- Working from conceptional phase to execution.
- Building up decent working relationship with clients.
- Research of locations, coordination 3rd party supplier, contact to official local authorities, ect.
- Follow up documentation of projects.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of event marketing
- at least 4 years work experiences in event or advertising agency, PR or hotel background
- Strong interpersonal/ communication skills. Good team player
- Attention to details and well-organized
- Fluent English and good communication skills
- Native Chinese speaker
