1) 初审报销单据；

2) 录入相关凭证,月底关闭系统总帐模块；

3) 每月税务,统计等相关政府报表的上报；

4) 核对和监督应收、应付账款

5) 财务经理要求的其他事项。

岗位要求：

1) 会计、财务相关专业本科以上学历，有会计从业资格证书；

2) 三年以上财务工作经验(有用友或其他ERP 操作经验);
3) 英文CET-4
GL Accountant
A.Reporting to:
reporting to the Finance Manager (based in Shanghai Anting Plant)
B.Job purpose
This position has responsibility for local finance, accounting and internal control operations.
The key responsibilities and accountabilities are to:
Prepare RAC management financial statements in Oracle for each prescribed accounting period, including a balance sheet, a profit and loss statement and other statements as required under relevant laws and regulations and by the Board of Directors, Division and Corporate Management.
Perform Cars+ (ERP system for operation) integration during the initial set up period.
Prepare all Balance Sheet item reconciliation monthly, e.g. bank, AR, fleet and fixed asset register, prepaid expense, AP, and accrual.
Review and prepare revenue and cost analysis prepared by Operation and Sales team.
Prepare AR ageing report and cash flow forecast for management review
Review and monitor the statutory report prepared by the outsourcing accounting firms. Prepare reconciliations between statutory report and management report.
Draft CE (Current Estimate) and BP (Business Planning) in conjunction with the Business Planning COE
Ensure that foreign exchange matters are handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of China concerning foreign exchange control.
Ensure that company policies and internal controls are applied properly in RAC Shanghai office, e.g. credit, T&E, procurement.
Assist audits with Internal, External and Governmental auditors, providing requested data and assistance on a timely basis.

Accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including all the reconciliations and management reports as required by the Hertz organization.
Accurate and timely preparation of effective business plans and current estimates.
Successful running Cars+, and compile the data for management report purpose.

CPA Firm handling the statutory book keeping and tax filing.
Accounting Staff if any, for other financial functions not outsourced.

E.Knowledge, skills and experience required

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Chinese accountant's certificate (CICPA) qualifications preferred.
Professional Experience:
At least 4 years working experience in accounting position, handling the AR, AP and management reporting in US or foreign multinational company
Knowledge:
Familiar with statutory Reporting requirements
Some experience of US GAAP referred
Fluent English, oral and written
Proficient in using Chinese and English accounting software; some exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP

TI Automotive Systems (Shanghai)Co., Ltd which has the B&F and HVAC business under TI Automotive FCS, has about 29 global facilities in Mexico, USA, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech, Japan, South Korea, Australia and China.
