主要职责：

Detail Responsibility

1. 负责公司新产品开发工作，产品设计项目的总体协调；参与产品的研发、技术改进与提升，并制定设计方案；

2. 维护与美国总部技术信息的沟通，保持与客户和供应商技术信息的交流和确认；

3. 识别产品定义，记录产品规格和功能要求；

Identify product definition, record the request of product criterion and function.

4. 建立初始物料清单，建立和更新DFMEA和CC清单；

Establish initial material list ,Establish and update DFMEA and CC list.

5. 完成模型、图面绘制和主要样品，并记录工程设计及产品创新记录；

Finish module, drawing and main sample, record engineer design and product innovation.

6. 进行设计验证、样品验证，参与样品制作；

To design product validation, sample test, participate in the sample is established an initial material list.

7. 分析测试结果，完成整改方案并实施；更新设计文件及零件材料组成；

Analysis test result of product, establish the improvement plan and implement.

8. 协助品质部门完成产品试验大纲、实验标准的编制及实施；

Assist quality department finish product test program, experiment standard work out and implement

9. 上级安排的其他工作。

Any reasonable tasks assigned by leader team.

任职资格：

Requirement / Qualification

1. 机械、模具或工程类相关专业本科以上学历

At least bachelor graduation,(major in mechanical & mould or relevant speciality).

2. 熟练应用Proe、UG、SolidWorks、AutoCAD等软件进行新产品的开发和改进

Skillfully using Proe, UG, SolidWorks AutoCAD software and the development of new products and improve.

3. 具备沟通协调能力、设计项目的策划能力、良好的语言表达能力、团队合作协调能力、独立设计和开发能力

Have the communication and coordination ability, design the project planning ability, good language expression ability, team work coordination ability, independent design and development ability.

4. 熟练使用常用办公软件

Skilled use in office software.

5. 三年以上机械零部件行业设计工作经验，金属件、塑料件一个或多个模块的产品设计经验

Min 3 years of mechanical parts industry design work experience, metal parts, plastic parts of module products design experience.

6. 熟悉产品流程，具备TS16949、FMEA等知识；

Be familiar with the process, with TS16949, FMEA, etc knowledge.

7. 熟练的英语书写和基本的表达能力

Good command of English writing and basic said skills.
