We are a French wine company based in Shanghai. We have 2 activities.
- Local distribution: We import wine in Shanghai and sell it to distributors in China.
- International trade: We export wine from France to Chinese importers on a container basis.

We are looking for a full-time commercial back-office assistant with Chinese nationality. The mission will consist of supporting the sales manager in his work and follow-up the relationships with our customers. Administrative and daily office task will complete the assignment.
我们正在寻找一位中国籍全职贸易助理，主要的工作是协助销售经理的工作和与客户的关系维护，此外参与一些行政类的工作。

Tasks :
- Close follow-up of sales and orders, coordination with importers and distributors
- Attend to wine fair, hold the booth and track potential customers
- Follow-up of office activity: stock report, sales report, hotel and flight booking...
- Translation for brochure, emails...
- Help on office work : contact with administration, service providers...
工作内容：
- 订单的最总，与销售商还有进口商之间的联系
- 参加各种酒类的展览会，布置展台以及寻找潜在客户
- 库存报告，销售报告，订机票及酒店
- 翻译相关资料，邮件等
- 行政及相关对外联系

Skills :
- Cautious and reliable person
- Speaks English
- Commercial attitude
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Knowledge in international trade
- Experience and/or interest in wine
