Responsibilities

1,Minimum 50 calls outbound per day, 250 per week.

2,Focus 50% of the time prospecting for new business in new accounts / entities of existing accounts.

3,To achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC's complete line of Software, Training and Consulting with monthly and quarterly commitments.

4,Work with Certified Training and Software Partners to drive Revenue.

5,Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts.

6,Coordinate with RD's and Field Reps.

7,Respond to inquiries from the Sector VP, WW Inside Sales.

8,Ensure Quality Control of finished projects and document these projects monthly

9,Working with Cross Functional Groups such as MKT, TRN, OA, MNT and GSO.

10,Track Sales Process, Contacts and Activities within PTC Internal CRM system

11,Answer incoming calls and e-mails in relation to sales questions

12,Answer questions on software, Training, and Consulting.



Minimum Requirements

4-year degree

1-year Inside Sales working experience in IT industry is a big plus

Related experience in the software company is a plus
