职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Define and recommend overall quality polices , objectives and procedures to ensure high standard of product quality
2. Provides planning, leadership and consultative support for the implementation and maintenance of supplier quality system requirements and continuous improvement methodologies.
3. Coordinates with plant quality departments and other relevant departments in order to establish resources, cost and time frames for quality system.
4. Supervises the day to day activities of personnel in the Quality Department
Requirements:
1, Experienced in the needed quality systems (ie,TS16949 ISO9000 IS14001, OHSA18000)
2. Ability to communicate in English,(both oral and writing)
3. Graduate of any engineering course;
4, At least 3 years management experience in quality function in a manufacturing working environment;
5,Good both in oral and written communication, good analytical skills, communication, organizational logic, creativity, and interpersonal skills;
6. Computer applications
