Sales and Marketing Assistant

Since 7 years FEPRO is designing and delivering high quality Display, Presentation systems and Facility essentials products for residential, commercial and industrial locations to clients world wide. To extend our team we are looking for a Sales and Marketing assistant.

Candidate must show professional maturity and work well independently, must take initiative and possess the ability to plan ahead. Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, must also work well under pressure of deadlines and be a flexible, supportive and cooperative team member.

Responsibility:

• Confirm order details with clients
• Keep clients up to date on their order process
• Keep Marketing materials up to date
• Update clients about new products and new offers
• Market research

Requirement:

• fluent in English (FEPRO distributes products worldwide but China therefore very good ENGLISH speaking and writing is a must for this Job)
• Very good with windows and office software
• It is of advantage if the candidate has experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

Working condition:

• Working hours: 9:00am ~ 6:00pm including one hour lunch break in between; 5 days a week;
• Office location: Luwan District, Shanghai

FEPRO is developing and delivering high quality metal and plastic products for use in residential, commercial and industrial environments such as cigarette bins, advertisement-displays and product-displays.
Our products are designed by our own or in cooperation with our clients and produced at subcontracted factories in China under supervision of our office in Shanghai, ensuring quality and price.
