岗位职责：
1. 根据客户订单的要求、成品库存情况合理编制生产计划，传递到各部门；
2. 沟通顾客需求信息，与客户协调交货时间；
3. 参加生产计划会，确保生产计划有效执行；
4. 跟踪生产计划的执行完成情况及库存变动情况，与相关部门沟通协调解决各种突发情况，及时调整生产计划；
5. 确定产品的库存限额，并结合实际情况对其进行优化，提高库存周转率；
6. 做到先进先出；
7. 即时更新采购、生产、仓储、配送等数据；
8. 对生产策划过程中涉及的相关流程提出改进意见，协助完善。

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，工业工程/生产制造/物流管理相关专业；
2. 三年以上生产计划和配送工作背景经验，熟悉生产、计划、物控管理工作流程，有汽车零配件行业经验优先；
3. 良好的沟通协调能力，英语流利；
4. 熟练操作电脑及OFFICE办公软件，有ERP维护数据经验优先。
