职位描述

u Understand customer requirement and decision making Process.

u Understand the true cost to serve and profit margin from Project Customers. Align with stakeholders on rule of engagement. Shall focus on Quality & Spec. related cases.

u Deliver agreed services for Projects Channel customers within agreed KPI by working with Supply chain & biz functions, the scope will be Stock, SKU, Delivery, Cost to Serve.

u Implement IBP processes together with the Projects Channel Business team. Need Separate the performance on PMR, DR, SR, IR.

u Facilitate and lead the monthly Projects S&OP processes.

u Utilize or Establish operational process interface for routine/high frequency Projects business requirements.

u Assist continuous improvement area in VSM of Project Channel of different department.

u Develop and drive Supply Chain capability development for Projects Channel related areas. Setup pipe line in Supply Chain for Project Channel

u For each Big Project, shall be involved to review P&L, go through IBP process and reach alignment on bidding terms. (Supply Chain related) Then participate team decision within Project Channel MT, or even company MT in case.

u Other tasks assigned by S.C. Project Channel Manager.

1. Involved in building up & improve the supply chain management system, work out practical purchase, storage, distribution and other management work flow and implement monitoring and management;

2. Establish and improve suppliers & transportation agent of the development, maintenance, tracking, and evaluation system, control the procurement and transportation cost reasonably;

3. Product planning and inventory management, the relevant order signed,implementation and follow up;

4. Establish the company logistics information system, manage and optimize the company's transportation network;

5. Customer service management, handle the customer complaints and transport accident, take effective prevention measures, reduce customer complain.

6. People management & budget making in supply chain department;

7. Coordinate between the relevant department;

8. Other tasks assigned by GM.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years related working experience in supply chain field;

2. Lubricating oil industry work experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with the supply chain link, with professional supply chain management knowledge and skills;

4. Good analytical, communication, coordination, negotiation and leadership ability;

5. With a high degree sense of responsibility and good professional quality, can work under pressure;

6. Good team work spirit.

3PL Management

1. Regularly evaluate 3PL companies in China, identify opportunities for new partners.

2. Manage the process of tendering and selection of new 3PL.

3. Establish and ensure the 3PL service is covered by legally binding contracts.

4. Be responsible for contract negotiation in price or charging mechanism for existing or new 3PL.

5. Develop, agree and monitor critical KPI for 3PL partner to ensure satisfactory performance.

6. Ensure full compliance of 3PL with Product Stewardship/HSES requirements.



Internal Logistics Capacity Development

1. Conduct capacity plan for internal plant warehouse according to business plan.

2. Own the program of capacity fulfilment actions.

3. Act as champion of logistics improvement projects.

4. Streamline the logistics process/system with other supply chain or channel activities.

5. Knowledge transfer with other ICI countries or other organization in terms of capacity development programs.



Logistic Service and Cost

1. Understand the customer and channel requirement and the implication with logistics operation.

2. Review and develop the logistics network according to service requirement.

3. Optimize logistics process with commercial initiatives.

4. Monitor and analyse logistics cost to serve and opportunities for improvement.

5. Establish and maintain logistics information database.

6. Evaluate and define opportunity between outsourcing and in-house operation (cost vs. service).

7. Identifying and implementing Continuous improvement programs (reducing costs and increasing service)



· University graduate.

· 5 years above related working experience with 2 years above managerial role.

· High level of knowledge about sales and customer service, preferred with experience in a commercial business or 3PL company.

· Purchasing and contract negotiation experience.

· Excellent English skills, communication skills and project management skills.

· High responsibility, team player.

· Able to work independently.
