Primary Job Functions:

Take technical service team to provide technical service for dealers and OEM customers, manage and handle with typical customer complaints and warranty claim process:
? Provide technical service support for service engineers, travelling down to solve the problem if necessary;
? Responsible for after sales warranty claim and collect failure information and submit with analysis for mass production failures;
? Handle special customer dispute with local deals and minimum impact to our sales;
? Provide customer marketing survey when needed.
? Work together with parts and training team to organize different area customer care meetings with local dealers to improve local customers' service satisfaction;
? Evaluate dealers after sales service, supervise and guide to improve it with FPT platform;

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

? Experienced knowledge (Practical and Theoretical) of engines
? Experienced in field after-sales service
? Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing
? Good personnel characteristics and team player

Employment Criteria / Requirements:

? University degree
? 5 years experience in engines field technical service and 1 year in service management? Provide customer marketing survey when needed;
