Position: Manager, Sales - 油田化学品/ Assistant Sales Mgr - 水处理絮凝剂

Work Location:Beijing

Reporting to :Senior Manager, Sales

JOB OBJECTIVES :

· Sales & Profit tagets achieved and implemetation of policies of EVG

· Set up distributors network and work out sales approach to key accounts

· Pursue sales leads; promote new product, develop new customers

· Contribute to EVG CN market strategy and implementation

· Develop best team in this industry

MAIN TASKS:

· Achieve agreed targets China EVG for: Margin /sales / costs / inventories / receivables.

· Execute agreed sales & marketing strategy to coordinate EVG Global Strategy.

· Establish clear guidelines on roles and responsibilities and business processes.

· Sales management: monitor, support and advise sales activities.

· Sales network management: retain and manage distributors.

· Establish close communications with senior management of customers.

· People development: identify gaps and provide training and exposure for the team lead by example for value sales.

· Identify potential new business opportunities for EVG, implement work plan.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Chemical Industry Bachelor and above.

· 6 Year above and good experience on key account management.

· Applied chemistry, or related technical background.

· View of Value sales and Passion.
