职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To communicate product technology information with R&D for new product introduction.
To localize material with global sourcing team.
To design manufacturing process, include machine, fixture,tooling.
To define quality control plan and audit production line.
Confer with planning and design staff regarding product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
Confer with management and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other factors to facilitate production processes.
Coordinate projects and activities with: Planning, Materials, Design, Quality, and manufacturing personnel to accomplish the smooth transfer of equipment, cost savings, new products or components, and design parameters to production.
Interface with other Manufacturing Engineering efforts internal manufacturing, external manufacturing, and contract-manufacturing firms as assigned. This activity may require international travel to support.
Work closely with Design Engineering for product development and the transition of these products to the manufacturing floor. This function will also include all routings and necessary documentation required for the manufacturing process.
Create and maintain test documentation packages for the qualification of new products and components as assigned. This activity will be done in accordance to practices established by the Engineering lab.
Design, plan and implement inspection methods, process control methods or integration methods to assure the quality of products and components.
To make and update SWI for mass production base on new project or ECN
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical
Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
Motor manufacturing experience is a plus
Be familiar with quality control tools (FMEA, SPC and FPY Control)
Be familiar with quality system is a plus
Six Sigma green belt is a plus
Good commnunication skills and team player.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Bi-Lingual Chinese and English - Requires the ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documentation. Must be able to respond professionally to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
