JOB OBJECTIVES:
Under the general guidance of the supervisor and business requirement, support the implementation, planning and monitoring the processes of supply chain activities covering stock replenishment, inventory management, and regulation compliance. Closely work with supplier/Sales & marketing team, etc. in order to help streamline business process, improve the effectiveness, control cost and enhance supplier/customer partnerships.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Regulation compliance: Update internal/external documents and follow up on implementation, monitoring process against relevant regulation, communicate with Logistics, Customers and Commodity inspection.
2. Inventory Management: According to business requirement, evaluate supplier performance, review and verify inventory list and levels. Execute stock replenishment. Monitor aging stock and cooperate with sales team on continuous action.
3. Sales forecasts review: Coordinate and review country forecast for regional inventory and production planning. Recommend improvement of information collection and flow. Perform as a key person to coordinate issues on forecast process. Alert the supervisor and relevant parties when unusual situations are detected.
4. Coordinate in department for all Supply Chain related operations/projects.
5. Reporting: Prepare report to monitor and ensure process efficiency, to analyse and improve performance standards.
6. Gatekeeper for Material Master Management.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor or above
2. Experience: More than 5 years' experience in Supply Chain related areas, preference on Chemical industry

JOB OBJECTIVES:

1. To build up a market-driven supply chain from product replenishment till product distribution.

2. Optimize the stock level and material availability.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Replenishment planning

1.1 Make bulk material import plan based on repack plan, actual stock and incoming schedule.

1.2 Follow up import material status to ensure delivery schedule is optimize and meet repack requirements.

2. Demand plannning & APO-DP input

2.1 To support sales to collect forecast and maintain APO DP figure.

2.2 Maintain APO relevant data for new product with regional support (location mapping, transportation lane etc.)

3. Production planning

3.1 Make production/repack plan based on sales forecast, actual stock, bulk material availability and defined safety stock.

4. Inventory control

4.1 Optimize inventory level and initiate proper adjustment with related parties to fulfill BU target.

4.2 Investigate stock deviation reason and do stock deviation adjustment in SAP.

4.3 Control aging/expire stock, initiate action with PM/sales/controllig.

5. Generate supply chain report and KPI

5.1 Weekly report on sales, inventory status and monthly stock status report.

5.2 Monitor supply chain KPIs, delivery performance, forecast accuracy and inventory management.

5.3 Organize S&OP meeting with sales, marketing, and other related dept., material preparation & minutes distribution.

6. Master data maintenance

6.1 Material master creation and maintenance in SAP/SNP and ensure master data up to date.

7. Lead a team to fulfil BU target and proactively identify the potential risk to minimize business impact.



REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Above college degree in International Trade, Commercial- or Chemistry-related subject.

Working Experience: At least 6 years working experience (with 2 years in planning), chemical background preferred.

Technology & Professional Knowledge: Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the production & material planning function & fluent in both written and spoken English. Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytic skills. Good computer operation skills. Leadership skill is preferred.
