RESPONSIBILITIES: (Identify main responsibilities of the position)

- Manage RBA (mechanical brakets, supports and disconnects) activity up to drawing release:
? 3D finalization if needed and dressing activity from associated draft 3D models
? Coordinate/perform the RBA 2D design
? Fill in the corresponding checklist linked to this activity
? Launch drawings in the release process

- Interface with Program, with Comac, with the RBA 3D designers in charge of the 3D creation, with Stress Team and with Manufacturing Engineering

- Update Labtrack Module

- Ensure adherence to Schedule

Update and analyze metrics

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

- Design RBA (3D + 3D dressing) in introducing the good practises, the golden rules given by the manufacturer and applying all documents provided by the customer.

- Ensure the auto Check of the 3D modelling including the 3D dressing.

- Reports to
? Area Leads
? Focal RBA at the section level
? Section DMU Designer

- Update Labtrack Module
- Update in time all necessary metrics needed to follow activity
- Make sure that the deliveries are done on schedule with quality requested
- Launch Root Cause Analysis process and associated action for continuous improvement
- Assigned the tasks to the 2D team
- To get overview of 3D Design
- Make sure 3D Design is done correctly
- Make sure it is align with the production request

- Make sure stress calculation is done on loaded assemblies
- Check all information needed to create the Drawing Set. (Tracking in Lab track, using 2 specific check lists)
- Schedule the RBA. (Tracking in Lab track)
- Align the Schedule with the installation drawings delivery date
- Fulfill the delivery date scheduled for production
- Ensure reporting
- Manage the team to create the Drawing Set
- Drawing Sheet (2D) according to Comac documents.
- Bill of material according to the 3D + 2D
- Enrichment of the drawing set with the associated notes, documentations, change information, etc
- Deliver and Follow the Drawing Set to Comac
- Follow the signature Workflow until it is Approved

Analysis and follow-up of Comac checkers rejection

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Capacity to analyze

- Good experience of secondary structure design,
- Knowledge of folded and machined elementary parts
- Knowledge of assembly / subassembly components"
- Knowledge of Comac processes and procedures.
- Experienced on mechanical 3D & 2D design modelling.
- Knowledge of Comac drafting rules
- Knowledge of material & protection selection rules
- Good Knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of Comac Electrical Engineering ATA 88 (Design guide)
- Good knowledge of Comac checking process and 2D&3D Check guidelines
- Good knowledge of Catia V5, Ideal, SMD
- Good Knowledge of English language
