Key Tasks:

1.Greet and lead visitors/guests to proper personnel

2.Handle incoming calls on general line and direct to proper personnel

3.Administer conference room bookings and prepare/organize necessary requirements including telephone/video conference/computer/projector etc.

4.Assist in performing general administrative duties, such as report typing, faxing, filing and other general clerical duties

5.Update company/staff telephone list and assist in preparing telecommunications/courier usage report

6.Assist in procurement of office supplies including stationery and pantry items

7.Coordinate with building management office, other suppliers & IT helpdesk to handle equipment and office maintenance arrangement

8.Handle business travel booking for China staff, HK and UK staff (including visa, tickets, pick up service, hotel accommodation etc.)

9.Administer staff attendance record and upload to HR system

10.Assist in update and keep record of company fixed assets including BlackBerry, Digital Camera etc.

11.Assist in coordinating and/or handle general affairs of the company staff events and ad hoc projects including samples sales, staff recreational activities etc.

12.Back up of Office Assistant/Tea lady role when necessary

Job Requirement:

- College graduated with at least 1 year relevant working experience

- Good communication and interpersonal skill iwth professional phone manner

- Friendly, pleasant, polite and helpful are required

- Knowledge of MS office and Chinese Word Processing

- Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin
