Due to our rapid expansion we are currently looking for

Supply Quality Engineer for Plastic Parts

The role:

Responsible to build up a strong supply chain for all new plastic parts mainly for Ringspinning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Follow and close the NCR reports from assembly lines and incoming inspection;

·Management and maintenance of documents and databases of supplier quality issues;

·Conduct quality system audit /process audit /product audit at the suppliers;

·Analyzed and processed the product quality problems during inspection;

·Support sourcing team and project team to assessment potential suppliers;

·Processed the complaints from product support;

·Able to frequent travel( over 50%);

·Support QA to solved the quality issue at assembly line;

·Insure supplier quality people have more training according to Rieter requirements.

Qualification:

The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:

·Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or Material or related field;

·More than 3 years quality engineer experience in manufacturing;

·Working experience in plastic die casting;

·working experience in supplier quality management;

·Fluent in both written and spoken English;

·Team player;

·Good communication.

The Ideal candidate should have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

·Full training will be given on our specialist products;
