Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer required for a hydraulic company in Shanghai. With this role the Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for Provide Quality Assurance technical direction and validation within in quality function.

Duties & Responsibilities:
? Manage the compilation of design verification and shelf life data for regulatory submissions to support product approval and release. Interface with Regulatory Affairs to ensure information is clearly presented to minimize Regulatory Agency questions.
? Prepare / critically review design verification/validation and shelf life protocols / reports.
? Define and agree with functional stake holders the project needs for Quality and the specific approaches required to meet them.
? Adhere to Quality System and Design Control requirements.
? Lead or support root cause investigations; drive problem solving efforts for quality issues.
? Support post market surveillance activities.
? Generate and approve change requests.
? Generate and approve supplier quality procedures.
? Role will involve often travel.
Qualifications & Experience:
? Min of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (eg. Engineering, Science).
? A minimum of 5 years experience work experience, with at least 3 years in a comparable role.
? Be fully conversant with ISO 9001: 2008 and can demonstrate a working knowledge of these.
? Have a good level of computer skills i.e. Excel and Word.
? Good man-management skills.
? A strong team player is essential.
? Must be motivated, focused and technically strong.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, together with an ability to be self directed and to effectively interface with various levels and functions within the organization. Good English level is a must.
