岗位职责：
1. 协助项目经理做好各项管理工作，能够独当一面。
2.负责跟甲方日常工作的沟通协调，严格执行各项清洁服务程序，监督并指导下属的工作。
3.做好月计划、周计划工作，检查下属班次、行为规范及出勤情况，制作月度考勤表。
4.控制清洁用品的发放，以降低消耗。
5.负责雇用和解雇员工，招聘、培训新员工，记录员工的工作表现。
6.能熟练操作各种清洁机器及药水配比等。
7.负责入职培训、日常工作技能、仪容仪表培训等各项培训工作；
任职条件：
1.45岁以下，五官端正，身体健康。
2.吃苦耐劳、头脑灵活。
3.熟悉酒店清洁的全部工作。
4.有三年以上五星级酒店厨房保洁管理经验。
工作时间：每天工作9小时， 做六休一;
福利待遇:3500-5000元包工作餐;
工作地点:吴中路虹许路
