Main Functions & Responsibilities/主要工作职责
? Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the UHT (50%) and application work (50%).
50%时间负责UHT操作和维护， 50%时间从事应用实验工作。
? Responsible for daily routine of UHT maintenance.

? Responsible for the operation of the UHT with other colleagues

? Execute the new application development projects in food processing fields.
执行并完成食品领域的新的应用开发项目
? Mainly focus on food processing application, make demo-kit of processed neutral milk, acidified milk, cereal drinks, vegetable protein drinks, fruit juice beverage, suspension beverage, water jelly, confectionery, Jam, fruit preparation and so on. Organize sensory evaluation and texture analysis, stay updated on application & know-how, develop new application for customers, and support promotion of new hydrocolloids products.
主要专注于食品领域的应用开发，制作中性乳饮料、酸性乳饮料、谷物饮料、植物蛋白饮料、果汁饮料、悬浮饮料、果冻、糖果、果酱、水果预制品等演示的样品。组织感官评定和质构分析，持续更新应用和专业知识，为客户开发新应用，帮助宣传和推广结冷胶等亲水胶体产品。
? Support application manager to achieve good maintenance and development of Application Lab, and make sure
the compliance on laboratory SHE with acceptable global standards, China regulations and DSM standards.
帮助应用研发主任保持应用实验室的良好运行，确保符合实验室SHE全球标准，中国法规及DSM标准。
? Responsible care resource for BU /BG /other R&D centre for good practices exchanging or special tasks be assigned.
与业务单元/业务集团或其它研发中心保持良好的交流和合作，共同完成一些特许的项目
? Promote related colleagues in lab and business team, with knowledge on application of gellan gum and others hydrocolloids via training and coaching.
通过培训和训练提升实验室相关同事和商务团队了解结冷胶和其它亲水胶体的应用
