Job Responsibilitiesn -- Executes, with some supervision, a routine set of experimental activities that has been defined by the supervisor applying high quality standards.
-- Prepares the work and reports with the guidance of a supervisor. The source of information is either known or indicated by the supervisor.
-- Arranges experimental data in tables and graphs to identify possible relationships

-- Reports experiments and results both verbally and in laboratory books and explains to team members the details of her/his work.
-- Masters base products/technology knowledge for the field of application through on-the-job experiences, reading and training
-- Builds auxiliary equipment in consultation with supervisor.
-- Maintains timely, accurate and (witnessed) lab books in order to provide the records required to properly execute/address all IP questions and needs and to safeguard experimental data
-- Interacts with peers with professionalism and respect.
-- Acts within boundaries agreed upon with supervisor.
-- Contributes to others’ projects.

Minimum Qualificationsn - Educated to minimum college level in polymer science or chemistry..
- Knowledge of phenol – formaldehyde based polymers.
- Minimum 2 years relevant industry experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Competent in English (spoken and written) .
- Able to travel
