1．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
a. Understand and know all TRW HSE policies, Chinese laws and regulations concerning Health, Safety and Environmental aspects. Convey the HSE policies, laws and regulations in an easily understood way to all TRW Wuhan personnel
? Supervise all employees in safety issues, ensure safety working conditions in accordance with relevant laws, TRW Global and International Standards.
? Identify any potential risks, which may cause accident, to obstruct hazardous activities, which expose to such risks and notify to both individuals and managers.
? Complete and maintain reports i.e. Health, Safety, Accident, Environment, both periodically and occasionally, which is required by law, TRW or International Standards.
? Associate with HSE Manager in induction programme for new employee in particular safety issues, promote safety awareness at all time.
? Update and maintain key statistics i.e. accident, illness, usage of first aid facilities. etc. including updating of safety board.
? Reports on the performance of the HSEMS to top management for review.

b. Develop procedures, checklists and training procedures for all aspects of HSE at TRW Wuhan.
? Regularly prepare and conduct the training of Fire Drill, First Aid, Safety Awareness.
? Encounter arising accident, stop every activity which will endanger to employee and assets, perform first aid for victim, investigating root cause of accident, propose corrective action plan and present to managers, Plant Manager.
? Ensure all personal protection equipments are in right condition, sufficient for employee, and obtain certificates. Control stock of these equipments.
? Issue, develop and maintain safety regulations. In liaison with line manager to ensure these regulations are combined in the work instruction and respected by employee.T
? Ensures that HSEMS requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the HSEM Program and the ISO-14001 standard.
? Coordinates the development of procedures and work instructions.

c. Develop audit program to make sure HSE policies and regulations are being well implemented and being followed at TRW Wuhan.
? Coordinates health, safety and environmental compliance and management systems audits.
? Provides input on setting objectives and targets.
? Accesses legal & other requirements, and maintains a list of applicable requirements.
? Reports HSEMS non-conformances to management.

d. Communicate with the Chinese officials and TRW worldwide efficiently for new laws and regulations. Convey new laws and regulations to the HSE manager and the HSE department and make sure laws and regulations fully understood and followed by all TRW Wuhan personnel.

e. Perform various relevant duties as assigned by Leaders. Performs other duties as described in Health, Safety and Environmental Management System Procedures.
2. EY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
？ Able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese. CET 4 is a must.
？ Able to operate a computer at a high standard with working knowledge of all normal office programs.
？ Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
3. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
Educational: Bachelor degree from a four year college or university. Law or health and safety related major is preferred.
Experience:1-3 years related working experience is preferred.
