1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Responsible for braking manufacture engineering management including advanced equipment developing solution, process management and production equipment maintenance.
2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
？ Sets, maintains and manages high standard of braking manufacture engineering at TACS Wuhan;
？ Develop and implement braking AME solutions for TRW Wuhan braking caliper business;
？ Responsible for creating capital budgets & expenses controlling for braking projects;
？ Liaise with TRW AP / Global engineering functions, related product line mother plant, and sister TRW facilities for process engineering on all related activities;
？ Champion reactive & proactive braking process engineering activities on site;
？ Improve manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques to ensure overall operations efficiency;
？ Manages and trains professional engineers ;
？ Determines proper staffing and skills levels for the engineering people;
？ Other tasks assigned by leaders.

？ Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluent in Oral English;
？ A proven disciplined approach to project management;
？ Solid knowledge and experience of manufacturing technologies, process development at assembly, machining area;
？ A good team player with other dept, good at communication;
？ Experience of team management as a leader.
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
Educational: Bachelor Degree in mechanical/machining engineering or advanced degree in related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in assembly/machining manufacturing engineering;
Experience for new production introduction & transferring into China
Proven experience for developing new manufacturing process and
Implementation.
