Job Title: SAP Analyst
Job Level: G3
Location: Shanghai
Reports To: MIS Manager/Supervisor

Overview of Responsibilities:

? Assist MIS Manager/Supervisor in developing SAP B1 new functionality, takes initiative in leading less-complicated add-ons to existing SAP modules.
? Cooperate with internal functional departments and internal control function to improve the process workflow design and implementation efficiency for the Group
? Cooperate with head quarter’s finance team to develop/improve the reporting tools and templates in SAP B1
? Test SAP add-on program and deploy SAP B1 add-on program to live environment
? Assist MIS Manager/Supervisor in SAP B1 training delivery and documentation management
? Act as SAP helpdesk and provide end user daily support for group-wide SAP B1 system
? Maintain and update related SAP B1 project documents and records.
? Other ad-hoc assignments

Skills and Experience Required:

? 2-3 years working experience in SAP-related functional department/position
? MS-SQL programming experience and SAP system maintenance experience
? Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, engineering, or a computer related field
? Familiar with external reporting tools such as Crystal reports
? Good at both written and spoken Chinese & English
? Good at logical thinking, interpersonal communication skills, presentation skill, documentation skills
? Very good team player and self motivated
? Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
