Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure product supply according to the needs of project requests at lowest price with acceptable risk.
-Management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management.
-Execution of vendor contracts between the company and the vendor, drawing upon good contract management skills, negotiation and problem solving.
-Cost control via inquiry from many vendors and keep a close eye on market change.
-Follow procurement procedure and finance policy to implement procurement.
-Respond to the inquiry from design department, architecture, management team and other departments.
-Follow up the whole process of production purchased including Logistics.
-Maintain and update supplier archive based on product category assigned.
-Coordinate with the suppliers and factories, check the quote and other information as requested
-Complete tasks with high efficiency in line with project timeline, precondition is understanding scope of work and data files;
-Research on these specific establishments online and retrieve necessary data from them, either online or offline as required
-Fulfill other tasks assigned by management team.
-In charge of maintenance for products purchased, mainly on modular house.

Skills and Specifications
It is essential for you to have the following skills and specifications:
1.Bachelor Degree with at least 1-2 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing and negotiation.
2.Basic knowledge with AUS standards and own channel purchasing working experience of modular house is preferred
3.Have an English equivalent of an IELTS 6-7 average. Good verbal as well as written communication skills in English
4.Good interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills, excellent organizational skills and teamwork;
5.Integrity, honesty and self-discipline, rigorous, can afford to work under pressure.
6.Exhibit exceptional relationship management and conflict management capabilities in order to guide the company-vendor relationship.

-Work location: 浦东新区斯米克大厦
-Office time: 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday China time,
