Over all job function:
To ensure quality and European/France regulation compliance of Cookware by driving efficient operation with suppliers, laborites and French quality Team.

Reports to:
SH General Manager

Job responsibility:
o Perform factory audit.
o Test the samples in our lab (basic functional tests).
o Manage suppliers to get product improvements and certification documents.
o Manage and optimize laboratories operation in order to have our products in compliance with European and French regulation.
o Communicate with quality team and merchandisers on each step of the product development.
o Perform inspection during production/inspection before shipment.
o Optimize the Quality Process.
o Organize and participate the business trips with the foreign quality team.

Job requirements:
o 3 to 5 years working experience in Quality field for Cookware.

o Excellent product technology and manufacturing knowledge.
o Figure minded, stringent.
o Good communication and organization skills
o Team work capability.

o Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment.

o Flexible, the understanding of irregular working hours is required.
o Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office).
o Fluent in English, French is a plus.
