Role Summary/Purpose

As the aero-thermal engineer you will be responsible for: establishing and driving project deliverables, schedules and budgets; and collaborating with colleagues in design, stress analysis, production and programs to deliver advanced solutions in aero-structure product development.

Essential Responsibilities

· Executes the aero-thermal analysis work with assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
· Documents technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
· Provides timely communications with people from design, system，program and customer;
· Participates on organizational initiatives and generic issues.
· Participates as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Majored in thermal management/CFD, Master degree or above
· Strong analytical background including experience using commercial thermal and CFD tools and hand calculation
· Be integrity and compliance
· Good oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and in English

· Good team player, could work independently and work under pressure
· Good self-learning and self-coaching skills

· To be active and accountable
· To be confident to express and sale idea and opinions

Desired Characteristics

· Majored in aviation engineering;
· Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills；
·Experience on projects in thermal system design&analysis;
·Having knowledge on test ;
· Demonstrated ability to define and implement productivity and cost reduction opportunities in product design；
