职位描述
Job Responsibility
- To lead and manage the visual merchandising team for optical and perfumery products
- To be the project management lead to control the time, cost and quality of the project
- To guide and manage the core functions of visual merchandising to support the brand team & sales team
l Design of POPs / display materials (2D, 3D, SIS & Road Show)
l Production POPs / display materials (2D, 3D, SIS & Road Show)
l Development of product display guideline
- To develop and maintain an internal process for the VM function
Job Requirement
- VM specialist with over 8 years experience
- Working for fashion or fashion accessories industry, direct experience in perfume and optical would be an advantage
- Experience of leading a team with great leadership and people management skills
- Strong organising and communication skills
- Hardworking, self initiative and willing to take challenges
- A team worker

It exclusively represents over 50 international designer brands of fragrance, beauty & eyewear in Hong Kong, Macau and China, with endeavors to expand beyond. In these 30 years, it has expanded tremendously across Hong Kong and China with a sales distribution network that covers 33 provinces, over 150 cities and 2,000 distribution networks.
