Responsibility:
1.The launch of new products is in line with the required project timing.
2.The supplier's production process comes up to local legal regulations and meets the required specifications, standards, instructions and the supplier's working rules.
3.The supplier selection process is supported with detailed information about the expected quality performance of the potential suppliers.
4.The supplier is capable to meet Benteler quality and quality requirements and continuous improvement can be monitored.
5.Records about the suppliers' quality performance are vailable and up-to date.
6.Claims are processed in a timely matter.
7.Carry out production audits at the supplier.
8.Carry out workshops together with the supplier on-site.
9.Carry out OEE calculations.
10.Support the supplier to execute PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
11.Approve PSW reports.
12. Ensure that the suppliers take actions to improve the production process continuously.
13.Ensure that suppliers implement decided and agreed actions.
14.Ensure that documents which are necessary for supplier release and the approval process are prepared in time.
15.Monitor suppliers during the implementation of process and design changes.
16.Develop plans to meet product strategies in a team with division, engineering, purchasing and quality department.
17.Cooperate with the Central SQE team.
18.Support all other personnel of SQE management.
19.Other assignments given by the management.


Experience needed:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.More than 5 years related experience in auto parts company.
3.Familiar with quality tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA,SPC
4.Solid knowledge of TS16949 and related system of auto area.
5.Effective negotiation skill and communication skill.
6.Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
7.Experience of casting or assembling is preferred.
