Responsibility:
1.Creation of adequate design concepts for evaluation
2.Ensure internal and customer requirements are met
3.implementation of weight and cost optimisation of units within the deadlines
4.Supports the implementation of optimisation suggestions
5.checks and verifies compatibilty with existing packages
6.Preparation of result presentations and involvement in project meetings
7.Support the AQP (Feasibility Studies, FMEAs etc.)
8.Support the project teams decision making process
9.Suggests alternative/solutions to achieve targets
10.Provides required data for pre-calculation
11.Releases drawings and models for prototypes and serial productions
12.Supports prototype manufacturing in terms of hardward compliation in cooperation with the FEM
13.Gives support in terms of innovation ideas and new projects


Experience needed:
1.Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor /Master/Diploma)
2.First experiences in Automotive manufacturing environment
3.Good command of English or German in speaking and writing
4.Knowledge: CAD tools Catia V5 and Product Development
