工作职责：
1.受理电话呼入业务的处理工作，为客户提供咨询，信息咨询、投诉及疑难问题的解决；
2.以电话回访或者在线形式调查客户的满意度；
3.报表统计以及报表处理；
4.完成公司部门主管分配的相应工作，并积极主动的跟进工作；
任职要求：
1.有一年以上客户服务经验者优先；
2.普通话标准流利，口齿清晰，声音甜美，表达能力强；
3.中文打字速度在30字/分钟以上；熟练使用office办公软件；
4.具备良好的沟通、协调能力，具备团队合作精神；
5.性格活泼、开朗，善于沟通；
