1、本科以上学历，计算机/通信/电子等相关专业
2、有JAVA开发经验，熟悉软件开发流程；
3、熟悉JSP、XML、javascript、HTML、SOCKET等，熟悉基本的数据结构；
4、熟悉面向对象设计原理；
5、熟悉mysql、Oracle等数据库系统，有数据库编程经验；
6、熟悉struts/spring/hibernate等开源框架，熟悉Eclipse、Web开发流程；
7、有责任心，有团队合作精神、能够吃苦耐劳，有较强的学习能力；
8、沟通能力强，积极主动，有进取心，能承受工作压力；
