Responsibility:
1.Ensure legal compliance and provide import and export administration within government rules and regulations for manufacturing and service facilities within the ASIA Pacific Region.
2.Ensure compliance with customers laws and regulation in business operates, primarily China.
3.Act as the primary liaison with Chinese government authorities on customers-related matters.
4.Develop and oversee customers compliance training across AP plants.
5.Excute and monitor Customers Clearance for AP machine importation, especially for China plant.
6.Support internal reviews of customers processes and operations.
7.Support the activities of the Central Logistics Funcation for Customers and Trading concept.
8.Overseas regional transportation activities to ensure efficient and effective transportation.
9.Plan, organize AP transportation bidding adherence to Benteler global transporataion strategy.
10.Provide resolution to escalate service problems. May participate in the management of contracts and negotioations with 3PL.
11. Manage budges, oversee data on regional transportation and related costs, and porvides input to the long range planning process.
12.Oversee regional warehouse activity to ensure cost effectiveness.


Experience Needed:
1.Experience / ability in dealing with all customers issues, including byt not limited to import and export clearance, HS-code classificaton, export refund declaration etc.
2.Strong knowledge of logistics oprations both domectic and international, tramsporation, import / export, warehouse procedure and method. Solid proficiency in ERP and MRP system.
3.Familiar with Chinese Customers /AQCIQ regulations, process of import and export.
4.Business management skills and functional knowledge.
5.Problem-solving, analytical, organizational skills.
6.Bachelor's degree in business or realted discipline.
