Responsibility:
1. Technical and desciplinary assignment of the employees.
2.Instruction of employees at new work stations and train the painting engineers of other plants.
3.Efficiently application of the machines and work station.
4.Controlling of the production control charts in painting shop.
5.Handling and controlling of the safety guidelines.
6.Supporting the other plants for all the technical and process problems related to painting process and machine.
7.Continues improvements for the painting lines.
8.Coordination with related departments to define the consumption material.
9.Coordination with realted departments to define the effluent of painting shop.
10.Coordination with realted departments to define the corrosion tests and the laboratory equipment.
11.Coordination with related departments to define the painting shop maintenance process.


Experience Needed:
1.More than 8 years working experiences in Auto industry and painting related function.
2.Good knowledge for equipment focus on painting.
3.Good knowledge for engineering process (expect painting process)
4.Skill for personnal development and training.
5.Fluent English and good communication skill.
