Responsibility:
1.Define manufacturing process for new products, for cost alculation and planning purpose.
2.Create equipment specifications, participate in evaluation and selection of suppliers.
3.Communicate closely with Global Leads to ensure conformity of processes when required.
4.Interface with plant production planning, MTP, sales and project management.
5.Launch plan, lead, follow up and execute the launch of products or improvement.

Requirement:
1.Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2.Allround experience in Auto and /or aluminium parts manufacturing.
3.Special competence in aluminium forming and heat treatement processing would be appreciated.
4.Fluent Chinese and good command of English or German in speaking and writing.
5.General knowledge: Light CAD for layout, drawing and tolerances, aluminium alloys.
