网站分析师
主要职责：
1、 负责网站数据的获取，监控，验证和分析；
2、 对用户行为及营销效果进行分析；
3、 进行项目数据研究，为网站用户体验和营销活动提供优化建议；
4、 对流量分析、内容分析和转化路径分析，极富灵性；
5、 确定页面资源分配策略，优化资源分配；
任职条件：
1、 有创业激情，对社交网络有信仰；
2、 深信互联网的精细化运营原则；
3、 完全理解基于数据驱动更新用户体验的快速迭代工作方式；
4、 性别年龄学历不限；
5、 熟悉网络营销相关知识、互联网营销分析方法和网站行为分析的基本方法；
6、 了解百度统计和Google Analytics及网站分析，精通Excel；有良好的数据敏感度和分析能力。
7、 最后一点是最重要的：请随简历附上你的网站分析实战案例截图，或是你的网站分析学习笔记，并告诉我们是 or 否允许我们公开分发你的案例截图/学习笔记到公众媒体网络之中。
