主要职责：

1、 微博内容的发布、维护、增粉等，提高影响力和关注度；

2、 发布公司新动态信息，定期与粉丝互动，策划并执行相关线上和线下的微博推广活动，通过有效运营手段提升粉丝活跃度；

3、 跟踪微博推广效果，分析数据并反馈，总结经验；

4、 培养微博粉丝对于公司商品知识兴趣，增加粉丝粘性；

5、 策划撰写原创话题，增加粉丝互动机会，提高微博知名度和美誉度，引导并解答粉丝提出的关于产品的相关问题。

任职条件：

1、 性别年龄不限，有相关官方微博运作管理经验优先；

2、 有广告、营销策划行业的文案经验优先；

3、 熟悉微博，有多个门户微博账号，对微博有见识，微博控优先；

4、 各类网络社区的活跃用户优先；

5、 熟悉口碑营销，pr炒作，论坛sns营销等优先；

6、 有线上活动策划运营经验者优先考虑；

7、 有非常好的服务精神，备良好的数据分析能力、语言及文字表达能力、跨团队协作能力；

8、 文字表达能力强，勤劳肯干，能承担较大工作压力。
