A. Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任

1. Be responsible for order creation & following up of for ANH business:
负责ANH业务的销售订单创建和跟进

ü Sales order creation against confirmed sales quotation for ANH products
基于确认的销售报价创建ANH产品的销售订单

ü Handle consignment orders for feed premix if applicable
处理饲料预混料的寄售订单（如适用）

ü Coordinate with customer, CSO, relevant planner and credit controller of F&A in Shanghai for order confirmation (delivery block remove), order release, production & delivery arrangement and billing process
与客户、CSO、相关计划员和上海财务部的信贷控制员协调订单确认（即解除交货冻结）、放单、生产和发货安排，以及开票过程

ü Support credit waiver application
支持信贷临时变更申请流程

ü Help credit controller in terms of customer payment and liaise with account managers to chase customers for overdue if required.
帮助信贷控制员协调对帐，如需要，联系客户经理催过期款

ü Relay tax invoice to customers if needed
如需要，邮寄增值税发票给客户

ü First contact person regarding order status inquiry by customer/account manager.

ü Coordinate to deal with customer complaint and responsible for CCR creation

ü Other jobs related to sales order

2. Support ANH customer related administration including:
支持ANH客户相关的行政工作，包括：

ü Support creation or change request of customer master

ü Support application or change of payment term and credit limit of customer

ü Organize or coordinate customer related activities/meetings

3. Work with internal customers and cross functions to smooth the whole supply chain operations.

4. Act as back-up of CSO on same site on ANH Account manager related administration or other ANH sales administrator
作同一场地CSO支持ANH客户经理相关行政工作的后备或其他ANH 区域的销售行政的后备

5. Be responsible for other jobs assigned by line manager.

6. SHE Responsibilities
安全健康环保职责

ü Ensure compliance with all SHE requirements including relevant SHE training attendance, incident reporting, change management and improvements.
确保遵守所有SHE的要求，包括相关SHE培训参与，事故报告，变更管理和改善等。

ü Hand over seriously, pursuit on “shift on paper, on words, on site”. Prevent the potential incident hazard or order delay because of the imperfect handover and analyze the reason correctly and timely.

休假时认真进行交接班，做到”书面交接、口头交接、现场交接”。防止因交接班不严而留下事故隐患或造成订单延误；一旦发生事故，能迅速正确地分析原因。

ü During goods receipt, warehouse management and goods issue, ensure external contractors are trained, meet and adhere to DSM SHE requirements.
在收货、仓库管理和发货过程中，确保外部承包商已被培训、适应和坚持帝斯曼SHE的要求。

B. Knowledge and educational level
知识和教育水平

- College or university graduate, or equivalent experience in DSCM/logistics related field

- Knowledge of SAP sales & operations planning preferred

- Good English both oral and written
