• 职责范围

1. 负责SunTek直营销售
2. 在指定区域内，建立及保持与SunTek直营店/分销商紧密的联系，维护及推广SunTek品牌产品的销售及品牌拓展
3. 研究市场及预测市场潜力，完成销售指标
4. 与SunTek直营店/分销商合作管理销售市场
5. 协助SunTek直营店/分销商完成零售网点的建设与维护, 拓展二、三级市场分销渠道
6. 协助SunTek直营店/分销商完成各类促销活动以及区级市场品牌的市场推广工作
7. 为SunTek直营店/分销商提供销售指引，培训及协助解决有关销售或技术上的问题，并对SunTek直营店/分销商的销售活动作出评估及辅导
8. 根据区域销售趋势，竞争和经济业务状况，协助区域SunTek直营店/分销商预测下年度销量，做好全年销售预算
9. 出席及参与公司的销售会议，SunTek直营店/分销商会议及各类展览会，以提高产品认知度，提高销售技巧
10. 处理有关日常活动支出及投诉的各类文件，报告和表格

• 人员要求

1. 28-38岁左右，专科以上学历，市场类或工商管理类专业为佳
2. 持有C1驾照及以上
3. 至少有三年以上的相关销售工作经验，有汽车后市场用品相关销售经验为佳
4. 形象气质佳，性格外向，较强的文字、口头表达能力与快速学习能力
5. 工作负责，踏实，有责任心，热爱销售工作，有市场开拓力，市场运营管理能力
6. 良好的电脑软件操作技能和沟通能力。

SALES MANAGER

• Job Description:

1. Responsible for SunTek Direct Sales development in assigned city
2. Work with distributors and dealers to achieve annual revenue targets and dealer targets for the region
3. Developing SunTek one stop shop;4S group customer; new distributor
4. Market research & creating brand awareness of window film products
5. Improve market understanding/awareness of film products and to support business development strategy for new potential markets and geographic areas
6. Develop and implement sales/marketing plan/strategy in automotive market
7. Set up distributor/sub-distributor/dealer network in appointed areas in automotive industries
8. Introduce new products to regional distributors and dealers
9. Provide sales training to regional distributors and dealers
10. Management and supportive role to distributor/sub-distributor/dealer
11. Supportive and follow-up role in key projects/customer negotiation in automotive market
12. Self-motivating and be able to work independently as well as a team

• Qualification Required

1. College Degree (Minimum)
2. C1 driving license or above
3. At least 3 years experience in developing, servicing and managing distributor and dealer network with a strong marketing background
4. Good oral & written English
5. Willingness to travel
6. Experience in window films or automobile after-market is preferred
7. Computer literacy – Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint

-    USD $6 million (2006) - Added a 72” tandem, coater-laminator

-    Planned investment of USD $16.5 million (2012) – Will add a 72” tandem, coater-laminatior and a 72” dyed film line
