Merchandiser-Hardline:Home Decor/Bath Products/Fragrance products(candle, soap,oil reed diffuser,etc)/Dinnerware & Glassware

Job Description 职位描述

－Competitive product development ability, good understanding and analysis for assigned projects.

－Order follow up, arranging production plan by T&A

－Supervising the production progress to ensure in-time delivery with good quality

－Carrying out independently inspection, including in line and final inspection. Familiar with AQL inspection system and capable of dealing with any unexpected production problems.

－Conduct price negotiation with all vendors to ensure most competitive market prices are obtained.

－Build and maintain good relationship with all vendors. Train vendors based on company standards and represent company values at high possible level.

－Working on testing protocols and testing arrangements

－Coordinate closely with all relevant colleagues in Head Quarter

Candidate Requirements 职位要求

－Bachelor degree or equivalent

－Minimum of 2-year merchandising experience in Home textile/garment/bath accessories/candle/soap/reed diffuser/mirror

－3-year related working experience in foreign trade industry

－Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must(especially spoken English)

－Familiar with testing protocols & inspection process for US market

－Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc; 3D graphics is a plus

－Fine with frequent business trip.

－Self motivated and be able to work under pressure and challenge
