主要职责：

n 拜访辖区内目标医院，提供良好的客户服务，提高客户对公司及产品的认同度，达成销售指标；
n 协助评估、筛选和管理区域的经销商；
n 负责新客户开发，协助区域经销商，实现产品进院和销量提升；
n 根据年度市场推广计划，执行公司的市场销售策略，组织和实施专业化学术活动和学术研讨会；
n 处理医生异议，反馈公司产品及竞争对手的市场状况，完成公司的各项报表和报告；
n 激励和管理销售团队；
n 严格执行公司的规章制度，确保个人行为符合公司行为规范；
n 其他被交办的任务。


职位要求：

n 医学、医药或护理专业，全日制本科及以上学历
n 4年以上医用器械及耗材或医药产品市场推广经验，至少1年以上跨国公司销售管理经验
n 良好的领导力，人际关系处理能力和沟通能力
n 优秀的谈判和分析能力
n 积极乐观，不惧怕工作压力
n 熟练使用办公软件
