职位描述
Production Department Manager
Qualifications and required Experience:
-5 years machining production experience
Establish manpower requirements and continually balancing production lines to meet production plan and delivery requirements
-Establishing and monitoring quotas and pieces rates
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
Preferred Qualifications / Familiar with:
-challenges of manufacturing with middle and small sized quantities
-principles and execution of time and motion studies
-quality checking of raw material
-sourcing of production equipment
-good command of Mandarin and English language is a “MUST”
-Experience in the cost calculation of products.
Responsibilities
-Planning, controlling and supervision of the department.
-on-time delivery of quality products
-daily monitoring of actual production and production reports
controlling and reducing production cost while maintaining or improving quality thru training programs, cross training of workers, process improvement
ongoing interaction with technical department and quality department to fully implement any required quality improvements

-确定人力方面的要求，协调生产线满足生产计划和交货要求
-建立和管控配额
-良好的交流能力和人际关系
具有以下条件者优先考虑：
-愿意挑战小批量和中批量生产
-制定生产计划，跟踪生产状态
-对原材料进行质量检查
-采购生产设备
-必须掌握标准普通话和英语
-在产品成本计算方面有经验

-计划，控制和管控生产部门
-合格产品的按时交货
-每天都要对实际生产和生产报告进行管控
-通过培训课程，对工人进行交叉培训以及工艺的改进来达到控制和减少生产成本的同时维持和提高产品质量
-和技术部门，质量部门合作，不断改善质量
