Mold Project Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for import die at home and abroad; design validation, the problem of communication, progress tracking, and mold inspection;
- According to the project requirements, assist in selection of suitable suppliers;
- Confirmation of mold development program;
- Follow-up of suppliers and production mold development, and provide technical support;
- Dominant repair mode program development and implementation until the problem is resolved;
- Solving and diagnosis of a number of important issues of mold, maintenance and spare parts to maintain the effectiveness of the lowest vulnerability;
- For the team's other projects to provide assistance;
Qualification:
- Mold design and manufacturing, and other related professional
- At least 3 years and injection mold design and production experience;
- Familiar with the mold structure and physical properties of various plastic materials, understanding of mold development and design technology;
- Is responsible for the whole process of mold design and production of follow-up, quality control;
- Be fluent in AutoCAD, UG and other design software;
- Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing capabilities;

工作职责:
- 负责国内外新模具的导入；设计确认、问题沟通、进度跟踪和模具验收；
- 负责模具及产品CNC编程及调机；

-根据项目要求，协助选择合适供应商；
-确认模具开发方案；
- 跟进供应商的模具开发及生产，并提供技术支持；
- 主导修模方案的制定和实施，直至问题解决；
- 解决和诊断一些重要的模具问题，维护和保持最低易损备件的有效性；
- 为团队的其他项目提供协助；
任职资格：
- 模具设计与制造等相关专业
- 最少3年以上及注塑模具设计和生产工作经验；
- 熟悉模具的结构及各种塑料材料的物性，了解模具开发与设计技术；
- 负责模具设计及生产全过程的跟进，品质控制；

- 能熟练使用AutoCAD、UG等设计软件；
- 熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力；
